This feature presents an array of fly and insect information for you to investigate. Make sure the Matrix button is depressed to see how this material is arranged. Each row shows members of the same fly pattern. Each column shows the fly in the nymph, emerger or adult stage (if that stage exists). The name of each fly is shown above its picture.
* Click on the Overview button (located in the middle of the Fly Box) for a discussion of insect life cycles and how that influences your choice of flies.
* Click the Matrix button to alternately cover and uncover the fly pattern, stage and name labels. If you can identify and classify the fly examples without these aids--you're doing very well.
* Click on any of the pattern or stage buttons to see a video about that pattern or stage.
* Click the Expert's Profile button for a video biography of Bob Auger.
* To return the Main Menu, click on the Main Menu button
* Click the Match the Hatch button to quiz yourself on what you have learned about choosing flies.
